Most items are priced high at first and then strategically reduced over a 30-day sales cycle to attract the best buyer. If an item still hasn’t sold after that period, it is typically donated to us so we can rehome it through our community network. Exceptions are always made for certain higher-value or specialty pieces. Since we only make money once an item sells, we’re fully incentivized to move it quickly and for the highest price possible.
